Grimm speed or perrin front relocation kit?

So which one u prefer ?

The cheaper one? The lighter one if you going to autocross? (but then you should really just take it off)

price is not an issue.. Just want to know what others would recommend..

I went with the Grimmspeed one. I chose that because you have lots of configuration options, so you can line up the plate right where you want it. The Perrin one looks like you can only move the plate up or down.

It appears that the Grimmspeed one might be better as DyoGTS stated due to the adjustable nature of the bracket and it seems bracket setup seems to be made of better materials :D same price too soo.... Grimmspeed for me!

Grimmspeed. Angle + horizontal + vertical adjustment seems like a better custom mount.

Agreed. The Grimmspeed plate locator has a lot of adjustabilty built in. i'm happy with mine.

Grimmspeed is going to be the best option. Cusco and Perrin are the other two.

+1 on Grimmspeed!

Had to post so you can see the benefits of both seeing as everyone said grimmspeed. I like the perrin mount due to it having a more solid feel. I don't really care about adjust-ability this thing is durable.

It comes down to do you want it to be adjustable vs solid durability.

:word:

Or, be like me and not run a front plate in a state that requires one. :scared0016:

^^Truth

I haven't run front plates of my S2K for the past four-five years. I got One no front plate ticket... Stupid Pasadena....

Grimmspeed. The adjustability is huge. The side of the plate sticks out really far due to the body lines unless you shift it more towards center and the grimmspeed one allows for it while Perrin doesn't it appears.

TuxedoCartman 07-19-2012 02:23 PM

I like a lot about my Grimmspeed one, though it's not perfect. I'll try and post pictures later. And finch1750 is right: unless you move it a bit more towards the center, it looks odd and out of place.
