I upshift around 3500-4k just to hear my car pop lol

You should always shift at exactly 3200 RPM. Never more, never less. Ignore that red line on the tach that seems to imply you can rev it higher. That's for professionals only, and if you rev that high without knowing what you're doing you'll do some Serious Damage.

I upshift around 3000rpm in the city. If I'm using lots of throttle then around 3500-3900
