JDL UQFP Installation Issue
 

Today I'm installing my JDL UQFP designed to be used with the OEM donut gasket. I'm mating the UQFP to the stock catback for now.

The ID of the OEM donut gasket is ~2.39" where the OD of my JDL pipe is 2.5". Naturally the OEM donut gasket doesn't fit.

JDL shipped me two flat gaskets, so I'm wondering they forgot to ship me the appropriate donut gasket or if my pipe was incorrectly made.

I've emailed JDL but I doubt I'll get a response over the weekend.

Has anyone who got the JDL UQFP specified for use with the OEM donut gasket experienced this same issue? Did you get a donut gasket from JDL or did the OEM gasket fit?

I just installed this, there should be larger diameter donuts included. I lost mine so they sent me new ones, I paid for shipping as I'm in Canada however. You'll need to remove the front pipe to install it correctly though.

I've already reached out to JDL so hopefully they will respond on Monday. I guess she'll stay up on jack stands this week.
