Several DTC codes

So I went and got my tint done and left my car for a couple hours. When i went to pick it up it was fine. Then on the way home i was driving normally, not hitting boost, and my check engine light came and the car went into limp mode. I checked the code when i got home and it was P0512(starter request circuit). I was hoping it was just a fluke and cleared the code and left the car. Checked again this morning and got two codes, U0131 and U0122 (lost connection with power steering control module and VDC module). Car didnt want to start right away like usuall and didnt want to turn off instantly either. Pushed the button and all lights came on and took a few seconds to shut down. What I've read is possibly a problem with the CAN bus? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated if you have any ideas or suggestions on what could be going on. Thanks!

Car has SBD turbo kit, tuned with EcuTek, and factory push button start. I feel like they are all connection issues but not too sure really

do you have anything plugged into the car obd port , if so it may be malfunctioning and interfering with can buss communications.

Check under bonnet for any melted or damaged wiring

I didnt have anything plugged in at the time. I checked under the hood at all the wiring and didn't notice any broken or open wires. I'll double check though

Find out what they did for the tints, did they disconnect anything etc? Is the battery connection on tight?

The only thing they took off was the door button that makes the window go down when the door is open. I took it off and cleaned it and the codes haven't popped up again and my car has been acting normal
