Anyone have experience in aerosol spraying small parts of the vehicle?
 

I'm doing specifically 61k color code for a 2015 DGM BRZ.


Got a small area I wanna touch up and was wondering if anyone has experience or tips such as how many layers to apply. Any recommended vendors? (USA)

Spraying can work well but it is all in the prep. The surface needs to slightly rough and perfectly clean.
When spraying do several very thin mist coats. Don't worry about getting it completely covered in one shot. As each coat gets tacky (10 minutes or so) then spray on you next coat. Don't get too close with the can or you will get runs.

In addition, I would suggest that you wipe the area with alcohol, to make sure ALL the old wax is off the area you plan on painting.

Mask off everything you don't want paint on. Paint over-spray gets everywhere no matter how directed the actual spray stream looks.
