Are they SCCA Street class legal at 6/32? I thought 7/32 was the minimum for new tires for Street class...

You're correct, 7/32 is the minimum tread depth. So these tires aren't Street legal.

That only makes it a bad idea to use them on public roads. Not illegal, though.
