Kenwood DDX9703S with OEM Audio Plus
 

I'm having an issue where I can faintly hear the sub-woofer, but I can't seem to get much more of a response out of it than that. Does anyone know if there's something I might be missing in setup or settings? Thank you.

Update: I got in touch with both Best Buy and OEM and they have both been great. OEM responded immediately saying they may have to tune the sub amp to work with the system, but also gave all the instructions for Best Buy to work with their equipment.
