Will I need another Dyno Tune if I switched headers (UEL to UEL)?

Will I need another Dyno Tune if I switched my Borla UEL headers to the JDL UEL headers?

I'm considering the switch since I'm about to install a supercharger, and I don't want to risk the chance of having my Borla UEL V1 headers cracking and leaking on me after I Dyno it. My biggest concern is if I need to schedule another Dyno Tune if I change headers down the road.

Thanks in Advance.

So to be clear, after supercharger is installed with the Borla UEL headers and I dyno it, and I decide to change headers 3 months from now, I will absolutely need another dyno tune because of the headers only while the rest of the system like supercharger and exhaust stays the same?

If you're paying for a custom tune, then have it done with the parts you'll be keeping.
