Key battery dies, anyway to start firs manually.

I had a situation this morning where my key battery died and couldnt drive my firs to work. I replaced the battery but if this situation happens again, is there anyway for me to start my firs manually?

Read owner manual.

Keep a spare key battery in the glove box.
My first one lasted four years and they are supposed to last only two.

You can start the car without a battery even in the fob. Hold the fob next to the PTS button, and push the button with the fob as you would with your finger.

Just like it tells you to do in the owners manual.

I'm the type that likes to try to figure it out, and then if I can't, go to the manuals. haha

I am that way as well ( I fix medical imaging equipment for a living ), but with a new car I always nerd out and read the manual

I read my manual cover-to-cover the night after getting the car. I always do that, otherwise how do find out the little quirks and hidden things about your car?

But I bet your first step isn't to go ask the Internet. I read the manual for everything so I don't waste time trying to figure it out.
