fitment of Enkei Draco with Michelin Pilot Super Sport?

I would've used that nifty fitment calculator but it's down, so i looked at the flush listing for 18x8 rim and it doesn't seem to line up with another calculator i used in the site, seems to give a different result. The tires i decided on is the Michelin Pilot Super Sport 225/40/18.

anyways, I want to get the Enkei Draco rims which are +45mm offset, now with the super sport tires, how close would it be to flush? the 1010tires site says that it is 16mm further out from OEM rims. I also don't want tires that looks like it's ballooning out from the rims, ideally, i want the tire wall to look straight.

How close am i to flush, I don't really want to use wheel spacers.

16mm. Go outside with a measuring tape. Everyone's definition of flush is different. I would say 8.5 +35 is closer.

Tire, Go read the specs on the specific tire on tirerack. Not every tire is made the same.
