Traded the car in with tune installed, so this will need to be unlocked by Shiv. Comes in original box with ODBII cable, USB cable, and 2 stickers. $150 obo shipped PayPal anywhere in the US. Need gone!

I'm not sure, but I would PM or call Shiv to find out. I've been out of this platform for a while now, and am on my second car since the FR-S. The OFT tune was definitely a huge upgrade over stock tune. I ran both 93oct and E85 tunes.

@Shiv@Openflash, I have my original invoice showing my proof of purchase from you. It's invoice # 14030. If you could please chime in with details on how this can be used on another car, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I'm positive he will have a solution, as these devices work across other platforms. Surely, I'm not the only person in the world who wasn't able to unmarry the device before trading in the car.

I read on a facebook page that the tablet can be unlocked if you send it in. Cost is $250.

Hopefully Shiv will chime in an verify.

I also just e-mailed Shiv through his website asking him the same question, just to verify. Obviously the device can be unlocked by him, but the price we all need to know.

Had this happen to me. Shiv has to give you a new one. You send in the one you have and he'll give you a new one for an addition $250. So you might want to lower your asking price.

The price is absolutely OBO. I will officially lower it once we get real confirmation from Shiv. So far, one person says $150, and now you say $250. I'll take anything reasonable for it. Make me offers! As long as it's not a lowball, I'll take it.

Shiv charges around $270 to change out locked oft's, it's only right to sell your locked oft for $150.

I still haven't heard from Shiv for a definite answer on price yet, this is the third I've heard, but I will let this OFT go at any reasonable offer. I have no use for it anymore, and just want a fellow 86 owner to have it for live monitoring, data logging, and ultimately a tune. Thank you, just trying to get mods for my new ride

Whats your new ride? and I was just letting you know what I was charged for my replacement. Bought an open flash from someone for $350 thinking I was getting a great deal to find out it was still married to his car in a dealership locally. Tried to convince the dealership of my situation but they didn't believe me and figured I would be screwing their car. Guy I bought it from disappeared off the face of the earth. I Contacted shiv and had to pay an extra $250 for a new one. 'Twas a sh***ty situation.
