Help with identifying a part
 
Does anyone know what the part that holds the hood latch, coolant reservoir, and the top of the bumper in place?

I think it's the upper tie bar, but can anyone verify?

Well, the hood latch bolts directly to that part and the top of the bumper attaches to it...coolant reservoir...not so much. So in the words of Meatloaf...2 out of 3 ain't bad.
