Transmission Warranty Anyone?

I'd like to hear from anyone that has had their transmission actually replaced under warranty for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifting issue. I dont care about situations of an obvious failure. I am taking about the "it doesnt feel right when shifting" kind of complaints.
More specifically this statement is a good summary:
"I noticed that when driving in a conservative fashion that shifting from First to Second the trans would either block second gear, and a double clutch or a long wait would be needed, or it would "Cla-Clunk" into second and occasionally into third, but not nearly as bad. Often difficult to get into first at a stop. The issue is definitely more distinct when it is colder."

I have read all kinds of threads about similar conditions but I dont find a lot of mention if warranty was actually used. Most of them turn into discussions/arguments about which replacement fluid is best and how they dont like their dealerships.

Has anyone with this condition relieved a replacement under warranty?

Is this a newer recall/TSB? I was lucky enough to get an early '13 that gave me no problems, but i'm constantly checking to make sure.

I have been unfortunate enough to have the forks for 1st and 2nd break while the car only had 9k miles on it. It was a real battle to get them to fix it and it still doesn't work right. Last time I took it in I don't think they tightened the springs so the whole shifter is "loose" and "sloppy". From my experience dealerships think these issues are all in our heads. Im going to take mine to a real honest to god transmission shop when my warranty runs out. I have the exact same issue as you and after taking it into the shop 4 times for warranty work nothings has changed.

From what I understand you can put a lighter grade of transmission fluid in which helps but that will void your warranty with the dealership.
