I entered. It seemed to anyway. I put in nothing for the state, and put in my postal code. Does it say US residents only? Maybe I missed it.

According to the website:

"2. Eligibility: Entrant must be 18 years of age or older as of July 16, 2012 and a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employees, and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible."

I am Canadian too and I am also disappointed :(
