Winjet Tail Lights Legal in Montreal?

I was just wondering if the following taillights were legal in QC. I really don't want to be bothered by the cops and they are already shipped.

If they are not legal, I was wondering if refusing the delivery from UPS had any negative consequences, as I don't want to have to pay the return shipping for the RMA (Speedfactory told me by e-mail that I would have to pay it, which I think is absurd, since the fault is theirs).

Basically I ordered these tail lights then realized they might not be legal. Within the hour I called their 1-888 number, which is basically a message service and not a support line, 4 times with no answer. I then sent them an e-mail. That e-mail was only answered the next day at like 4PM EST and by that time they had already shipped the order. Clearly shipping stuff out and getting paid is more of a priority for them than checking to make sure their clients are satisfied.

All I want is for this to go down as simply as possible with the least amount of fees for myself, seeing that I'm already paying hundreds of $$$ for the lights.

i dont see why it would cause a problem. as long as the turn signals brake lights work and it has the red reflector like the stock factory tail lights. the only law i read in your area about changing the lighting on the car is just the headlights being xenon HID
And its DOT/SAE approved.
