Different engine and different driving styles. If you're just exploring the track, it doesn't hurt too much to do light runs up to these temperatures. It can be heavily regulated if you know what you're looking for. But do we recommend not running an oil cooler for the track? No. It's better to be safer with a $700 item rather than a $4000 bill. Plus your ECU doesn't have to pull timing.
For those who are fast, just be mindful of what you're capable of and how much the system can take. :thumbup:
