What supporting mods can I install and keep the car drivable before getting tuned?

So the closest tuner for me is a 4-hour drive, so 8-hours both ways. To keep from having to get a hotel, unforeseen installation issues, shop installation cost, or towing costs I would like to install my supporting mods and make sure everything is working as properly without a tune as possible before getting a proper tune. I am not interested in e-tunes, I want a proper dyno tune so no need to try to convince me to go that route. :respekt:

What should I expect symptom wise and what if anything does Dynosty need to install? Also what supporting mods if any could I install with the Jackson Racing Tune without causing any issues at all? I was just going to slowly install all the supporting mods but then I started reading things from reputable users on the forum saying not to use catless headers and lightweight pulleys with the JR Tune without explaining why. Wouldn't a catless header just through a CEL code, no biggie?

I am going to have the following done to the car then once I acquire more funds I am going to be installing the following supporting mods and scheduling a tune with Dynosty.

Jackson Racing Supercharger w/ Factory Tune
Jackson Racing Track Engine Oil Cooler
FX400 CLUTCH KIT (NORMAL FW)
Driveshaft Shop Aluminium Driveshaft
JDL 3″ Test Over Frontpipe
Perrin Cat-back Exhaust 3" Resonated

Supporting Mods:
JDL UnEqual Length Catless Header
Velox Billet Fuel Rail Kit w/ Fuel Rail Covers
Deatschwerks 700CC Injectors
AEM 320LPH High Flow Fuel Pump
Perrin Lightweight Crank Pulley
Perrin Lightweight Accessory Pulley Kit
Moto-East Flex Fuel Kit
Also AFR, Oil Pressure, Boost, and Ethanal Gauges not that it will effect the tune.

If it's just for getting you somewhere to be tuned, the manifold and pulley should be fine. I'd imagine the pulleys are more likely to make it shall, if anything, and the manifold will just cause a CEL. Does the JR tune come ready for those injectors though?

Just an aside but I would suggest against running non-OEM pulleys on SC applications. If they're already on the car then TBH I wouldn't bother to take them off but if not then it might be worth considering. It just reduces the risk of belt issues IMO.

The JR Tune is designed for a completely stock car (91, full stock exhaust, etc) with just the supercharger kit installed. That is why I am wondering what the injectors are going to do on that tune.

It'll struggle to start and run, if at all as it will run very rich. Is there no way you can get Dynosty to email you a base tune to get you running?

I understand that you would prefer not to have an e-tune but to be honest its the best route forward for your situation
once you have the car up and running and your tuner has a had a couple of goes at e-tuning it , it should then be safe enough to drive to the rollers to finish the job and get it spot on

I do see now that they offer remote tuning. Perhaps this is something I can work out with them when the time comes. At least now I know the catless header is just going to throw a CEL code.
