The battery alone is ~$265, the charger ~$70 (Amazon prices) and then there's the battery tray. Where are you finding this package for $255 new? A quick google search finds me nothing at all.

It looks like KC Machine is not in business anymore or at least I can't find a working website. I found a link to this old inactive groupbuy that shows that the mounting tray was $140.

IIRC the kit was about $380 without the charger. It also seems that the battery has gotten cheaper over the two years. I lowered the price to $225 + shipping to account for that.
