Chronolgy101's DD and Track Build

So the story begins.............

Side note - I am a bad photographer sorry for the potato images.

Picked up a 2014 White Satin Perl Limited BRZ on 8/6/2016. Used 20,xxx miles to be used as a DD and weekend track car.

I kept the car stock for all of a month, we have some beautiful canyon roads and I live right next to Auto Club Speed Way so the car got some solid use.

10/2016 - Ordered Upgrades - After joining the site, and doing research I settled on my first order:

* INVIDIA Q300 Cat-Back Exhaust for SCION FRS 2012-2016 Rolled Ti Tips
* JDL UEL Header
* EcuTek- for FRS and BRZ (Custom Tuning*: NA Setup w/multiple revisions & all RR features...)
* Moto-East BRZ/ FR-S/ GT86 Flex Fuel Kit (with Rear o2 plug)
* K&N Air Filter

* SUPER Bright License Plate Lights LED housings for Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ
* VALENTI JEWEL LED TAIL LAMP REVO - TTS86Z-CR-2
* Valenti Style Reverse Bar Clear w/Red Housing

So having 4 E85 gas stations within a 10-mile radius made the choice to go E85 pretty simple. Moto-East did a great job and we went from base tune(E85) to updated (E85) tune within a week.

I personally felt a ton of roll/movement/shifting in the car while in the canyons, my previous cars Corolla SR5 Hatch (High School), S2k/Civic SI(College) had a ton of work done to make them more rigid, loved that feeling ever since.

Sooooo.... I found something fun! Before anyone says anything, I am a Cusco die hard. Yes, some companies do things better but I have had a TON of products from them and the quality is spot on.

Since my wife and extended family never know what to buy me for Christmass, a "list" was requested. I am normally very shy about asking for things, especially things that cost a lot of $$$$$, but my wife snapped a picture of my office whiteboard that had a full Cusco part list. :)

* CUSCO REAR END POWERBRACE: SCION FR-S & SUBARU BRZ 2013

*BlackWorks Racing - custom LCA's - These guys are amazing! The final product is AMAZING, great adjustment and they got it to me in Cusco Blue :)

I initially was going to go with KWs (V3) but I got an amazing deal to try out the RS*R's. So that was added!

RS-R Sport-i Custom Spring Rate - 5kg/6kg

Parts are in! Took an ADITIONAL month just at the Long Beach dock due to customs.

At this point, I have done a handful of track days, tons of canyon runs and some private track/drift events. Time to get rid of the toasted tires and stock rims!

I could not decide on color, style or anything. After taking to the wife, and showing her all the rims I liked we picked two sets, I am waiting on the 2nd set to come in. I ordered Volk TE37V SL's and having them done in Mag Blue. No ETA :(

17x9 +35 RPF1s in Victory Blue, could not find them in CA so I spoke to a vendor on our site and the rims were sourced and on my doorstep within a week.

As a bonus - After having an amazing time with the RaceFreely guys, I met with the Federal tires rep and we got some new rubber for me. 235/40/17 595RS-R

I'll get more photos, but have to get to work!

Thanks for reading. I am sure I will expand as I build this car. It's a 10-year project for me. Who knows what she will look like in 2026.

The blue wheels look nice with the white paint. Good choice on them!
