Will previous accident void CPO warranty?

Turns out not a big issue, just some speed bump scratches, and a bad dealer trying to use it to avoid cover any cost under their CPO warranty.

Hi ya, Stevenfu , and welcome to the gang .....

WOW ....... a tough morning for 2013s ...... :(

It sounds to me that the previous owner whacked the front end pretty hard, not hard enough to smash up the body of the car, but hard enough to mess up the front suspension.

1. The car could have hidden damage to the front end suspension that wouldn't be readily apparent. One might check to see if the lower control arm had been replaced.

2. I don't know.

3. I'd take the car to an independent alignment / front end shop for a second opinion.

4. Oh, yes. Just slam a car up against a curb, sideways real hard .....that could wreck up a wheel, wheel bearing/race, lower control arm, front strut, rear wheel bearing, steering rack ......and the car would look perfect from the outside. How do I know ......cause, that's the reason mrs humfrz won't let me drive her car anymore .......

I hope you get it sorted out.
