If I have a custom tune, how does this kit work with that?

My understanding is that you'll need another custom tune to support flex fuel. It basically eliminates the need for multiple maps, i.e. 91 oct map, 93 oct map, E85 map, etc. It senses your octane and adjusts itself according to what's in your tank at any given time.

Rear 02 or EVAP harness?

No, this is a version that uses a jumper from the ECU. Its the purple wires in the original post. Plugs in and you are ready to go.
