Free! No charge! 2017 86 round badges.....ETA: Gone!

Gone to FunwheelDrive!

Thanks!

First person in this thread to claim them gets them. IM's don't get it.

These are from my 2017 86, the 86 roundels. Genuine high-quality free-range JDM vegan plastic. I'm not even going to remove the remaining genuine 86 adhesive so you can claim that as part of your re-badge as well. Whatever they used is good stuff.

Less than 6k miles, non smoker, only driven to church on Sundays via 25 miles of curvy back roads. I've removed them because they are silly and redundant, with the "86" in the headlight.

No warranty, as-is. The FBI my raid your home for re-badging your car. It may take a day or three to get them in the mail. Expedited service is available for $86,000.

Ill take them if you don't mind.

Curious, how are you getting them off? Heat gun and floss?

I had to think of what you were talking about...the fender badges.

Correct, and that stuff ate about half a box of floss! I still have not been able to get all the residue off the car.

Have you tried goo gone and tons of elbow grease? Worked for my Scion and FRS badges. Also helped doing it on a day in about 35*C heat

I think I used some GooGone and some rubbing alcohol on a microfiber towel to remove the residue. A little bit of heat should help as well. Just don't forget to wash, claybar, and wax the area that any GooGone and/or rubbing alcohol got on.

Can't find the GooGone at the moment. Pics when I get it all done.

Been a while since I've removed glued-on badges from a vehicle. Not long from now it will be impossible. Whatever it is, it's tough. Almost had to call this guy.

Is that James Caan from Thief? Just watched it not too long ago and looks familiar

Are there pins that go into the body for those circle 86 emblems in the '17 86?
