Arm rest options?
I've been looking at the $35 foam arm rest on 86 speed, since I want to avoid drilling. I can't find much on this forum about them, anyone care to point me to a thread of all my options, or perhaps care to share their opinions?

I have the 35 dollar one. Its not perfect, but it does the job. I found that the bands that hold it to the cup holder did stretch over time though.

I really don't want to drill, and I'd like it to at least feel comfortable. If the quality is good too, I am willing to pay more.

Here is my solution for the center armrest. Please excuse the really lame video. It was my first video. The thing really works well, though....

I had one of those foam arm rests. It lasted about 2 months. The elastic bands that hold it to the cup holder stretched out and it barely fits the cup holder opening width wise. This same ebay vendor I purchased it from refunded me the price minus the shipping charge. It's the same one 86Speed sells but cheaper. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sports-Cente...9SlX2w&vxp=mtr
Get one of the oem ones and like Dadhawk said use 3M double sided tape to install it if you don't want to drill. |

Both hands should be on the wheel at all times, why the need for an arm rest? :P

If you can find a used one somewhere the Carsmo armrest is awesome. A little pricey though and they recently discontinued them.

An auto trans with paddle shifters!

If you mount the OEM armrest you need to shave off 3 alignment tabs.
