And I'll probably say that I have no idea what it means. :) Did they start making them animated like? These are about a year old, maybe a tad more, so they just turn on and off when blinkin'.

Yeah, there's a switch in the wiring to make them either solid blink, or a sequential lighting pattern. Not sure which specific model they started doing that, but yours look like them.

Grab the DRL LEDs. They look much better than letting your high-beams be the DRL.
