Peache's build

'14 BRZ Limited, white.

Bought it in Akron, OH in July of 2015 as the last 2014 available with 102 miles on it, got a great deal. Traded my MazdaSpeed6 after driving my student's FRS at Mid Ohio.

Never drove it in the winter, moved to south Florida September 2016. I do most of the work aside from alignments and tune. Had Circuit Motorsports change all my fluids and install accessory pulleys since I no longer have a place to work on it.

Car was used for autox in CS and STX, and has been at Mid Ohio, PittRace, NCM and Sebring. Mods have been done as problems arise, mostly for the purpose of having it perform better on track.

How's the clutch feel compared to stock? I just ordered one to put into mine. Do you notice the lighter flywheel?

Sorry for the delayed response. After the break-in period (500 miles) it feels normal, the only thing that happens now because of all the items is that if you don't give it enough revs you'll hear a clatter. Other than that it's hard to quantify the gains, you'll feel a small difference at first but after you get used to it you can't tell.

loving the direction of this build. it reminds me so much of my old FRS. Keep it up

All go and no show = perfect. I like things you can't see that add the most to the experience as it catches people off guard. Car is in the goldilocks zone.

no stickers, no tacked on body work, nothing to draw an attention flag except gold wheels.

the wheels look good, as they always do.

Hey love the post, I noticed you use a OEM sized battery and track the car often. Sorry this is random, but are you interested in a lightweight battery? Shorai is the brand. :)

Not really, the battery died during the install so I replaced it with an Optima red top. More interested in the capacity than the lightness
