uel borla header problems
 

I just bought a borla header. It didn't come with any gasket or anything, I was wondering if I need to get 3 other gaskets on my own? And borla says they are 50 states emissions legal. I bought a new borla header from ft86speedfactory they sent me a used returned header and didn't give me a paper regarding the 50 states emission legal, i was wondering if anybody had the same issue
