2013 radio won't pass start up screen
 

So I disconnected the battery to do some work on the car and after reconnecting the radio stopped working it stays stuck on the start up screen then shuts off and when I'm driving it won't even start up just stays completely off like it's lacking enough power. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a fix or is this it for the radio? It was working perfectly fine before. And I disconnected to remove the airbag and replace the emblem so I don't think that had anything to do with it. Thanks
