Best place to get brake pads for Canadians!

Hi everyone,

Looking to get new brake pads like the hawk performance brake pads. Does anyone have an online vendor that ships to Canada without duties etc.

Thanks in advance!

FT86Motorsports.ca is good and has free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $150 which most good front pads will be over alone and any full front and rear set will be over. If it's not on the site, they can get pretty much anything upon request.

"Shipping to Canada without duties" implies one of two things:

1) item is devalued severely and/or shipped as a "gift"
2) shipper is paying for all duties

In the first case, if any shipment was damaged or lost, you will not get your money back.

In the second case, don't expect your actual purchase price to be any cheaper than a Canadian vendor with actual physical stock.

The paperwork to ship things to Canada is a bit annoying and it costs more, so for you it would probably be better to have them sent to a shipping depot across the border and then drive down to pick them up. There's a place in I think Blaine, wa that I've sent stuff to a few times.

But I'd expect you could find some locally for about the same or slightly more after you factor in either the time and gas to drive across the border, or the extra shipping and duty fees. With larger and more expensive stuff like an exhaust or suspension it tends to be worth the drive.

www.ewaldperformance.com is a Canadian supplier for G-Loc brakes. Frank does a big group-buy at the start of the year that saves you a nice chunk.

Canadabrakes.com caries hawk products and have by far the lowest prices I've been able to find, plus free shipping in Canada. Just ordered some dtc-60's from there

I second this. I got all a lot of my exhaust parts from here (JDL headers, over/mid pipe). No issues, and the customer service was great. I also did look at local shops, but nothing really came up other than Alpha Motorsports, Jspec and Nextmod.
