What are some good front lip kits for the 17' BRZ?
 

I've been looking around for a front lip for my 2017 Brz, but most lips on sites like ebay only guarantee fitment for the earlier Brz models. The actual STi lip is pretty nice but really pricey (plus the cost for installation is a lot at the actual dealership). Please let me know if anyone installed an after market front lip on their 2017 Brz, or if an older model lip would fit.

i'm on the same boat of yours.. we just have to wait for some cheap, kind-of good made, polyurethane copy on ebay

you would be ok to go with an older lip, they fit. i don't like how they look on the new front bumper and that s why i'll wait

An original STi 17 front lip would cost me more than 700-750 dollars shipped to me in Italy
like with the original rear bumper diffuser. Here it costs 950 dollars, i bought a copy that looks the same for 80 dollars

The dimensions of the new bumper are the same as the previous models. The only reason why they say the lips don't fit is because they haven't tested it yet, but pretty much any lip for the previous models will fit the 2017.

If you want to be 100% sure though, wait a few months to a year and there will be plenty of aftermarket options available.
