Which header
 

Hi guys

I'm looking at getting header as my next step and was wondering which one is best.

I currently have the invidia q300 and invidia front pipe.
I want something that will make it louder as the q300 isn't too loud itself

But not the fart can sound
I prefer a deep tone

So which headers do you guys recommend

And I'm looking at an oft tuner
Will that fix the cel issue

Which "which header" thread could you search?

I like my JDL catted UEL. I have the Q300 as well. Quiet on idle, but sounds good when accelerating. It doesn't have the fart can sound at all.

If you want catted, go with JDL. I hear nothing but good stuff and they are U.S. based.
Uncatted, it seems like JDL, Nameless, Tomei and Gruppe-S are the popular ones.

There is/was a catted p&l in the member classified. If you have access to e85 you could leave your stock header, flash the tune and get similar gain.

what about the borla?
i have heard good and bad, but also i see alot of people have it.

I can't really say, but i have read that the Borla UEL has had issues. It sounds amazing though. Probably the best sounding.

ACE will give you a nice sound as well! As well as a good performance boost.

If Borla uel is the best sounding header you've heard so far, then you haven't heard much yet! :D ACE, JDL, Gruppe-s/Tomei are up there on the quality list.

I personally have a catless JDL with an inexpensive yonaka catback. Have to say JDL adds a nice tone to it, and makes the car sound 'expensive'.

Yeah I definitely havent heard much yet. Youtube audio clips dont do exhausts justice. I personally am getting Gruppe-s UEL and OP with Invidia FP and Catback
