CXracing etune
 

I'm curious if anyone is running a cxracing turbo kit and has gotten an etune possibly for the oft and if so who did you get it from? Cause id like to avoid having to switch the ecutek if i could for now as ill get a dyno tune later on when i have the time and funds as ill be installing the kit by myself. My friend has the kit and loves it but he got all his installed and dyno tuned from the get go. Thanks!

Just my two cents but your friend loving his kit probably has about 80% to do with the tune and 20% with the kit. Even the best kit with a crap tune is going to be a crap experience and I can't imagine cheap/budget kit with an off the shelf tune are going to make you very happy. The SBD kit and Shiv's OFT tune are the exception in this case but there are hundreds running that combo so it has the data and time to back itself up.

You and your car are better off waiting for a real tune from an experienced tuner than saving money on a random off the shelf tune.

True with the tune being a big part. My thing also was to just get an ots safe tune so I could drive my car to the tuner. Cause I'm not wanting to drive it untuned or have to pay for a tow there 😂 cause they charge an arm and a leg around here for it
