Gonna try to make my way out to these more often this year!

I used to watch the events at the BMC before I had my licence like 10+ years ago. I would love to take part in this!

Autocross is safe, cheap, easy on the car and a fun way to meet other folks who are just as interested as you in learning how to handle your car at its limits.

Highly suggest you go! Don't forget to show up early to do a course walk! Too many first timers ignore this and then get lost and then don't find it fun.

i would love to do this again.....one of my favourite lots only beat by the events i went to in huntsville, and picton
but my husband seems to have lots an interest :( and i feel lonely without him, and don't have as much fun
hopefully i can persuade him to go to at least one.....it's been a while

If you're looking for an event where you get to hang out with folks more often, perhaps the PITL event (in Brampton) is better for you? For the TLMC one, you're always running back and forth between competing and marshalling but for PITL, you do one full session of marshalling then you are free to mingle with us.

i went to the pitl couple of times two/three summers ago....can't remember....definitely preferred tlmc barrie over it as i found pitl to be overcrowded

i am hoping he'll be up for it this year, unlike last summer, without him it just isn't as fun (joined at the hip :))

Wait a second, two or three summers ago, PITL was operating out of the crappy Brampton GO station which had a really terrible parking lot (read: small) and competitors were forced to squeeze park along the road. Hated that lot.

Given how many folks we get at PITL, they still manage to crunch through the day in great order.

Either way, if you see my car "LEMONJUS" out at either event, swing on by and say hi!

"When life gives you Lemons, you damn well better get FTD with it" - that's my motto!

Yes, the yellow S2k - will say hi if I see you too! I plan on showing up to more TLMC events.
