Being ignored by Koreanautoimports.com - UPDATE
 

Ordered the "86" badge for the hood and boot, and was told they'd come in 5-7 days and I would be forwarded the tracking when they're shipped.

I then decided I'll install a GT86 emblem on the boot and messaged them to remove the rear badge from the order cause it hasn't been shipped anyway.

I messaged them 4 times with no reply yet. Prior to that they would respond within an hour. I don't like this evasive behaviour. Just a warning to you guys.

So when I bought the emblem, they said they'll be shipped within 5-7 days. That was on Feb 16 and there is still no update a month later. Moreover, they still have not replied to my 4 emails asking to modify the order. WTF?

I opened a paypal case and sent them a very clear message. What kind of customer service is this?
