Need help with Audio upgrade
 

I have a Bespoke upgraded system in my scion frs 2013. I also have a Sony GS Monoblock Subwoofer Amplifier XM-GS100 i got from a friend I am wanting to utilize to hopefully get better quality. I am not good when it comes to this aspect of the car so would like some advice. I listen to Rock, country, rap and harder rock like 5 finger death punch etc. I like my music loud and with bass but I am not crazy into it, so getting a 10'sub is not something I want. I am looking to replace all the speakers in the car, utilize my amp I have, and possibly replace the bespoke head unit I have. I want better sound then I have no. I am on a budget so something mid level for speakers would be nice and some options. I have looked at JBL and Pioneer. As for the head unit (do I need it?) if so I am looking for one that is able to play movies and possibly navigation. And the other factors like bluetooth etc. trying to keep that 200-400 for the head unit
