Last year? I think Corey (former GT1 champ before selling his BMW) ran the TMP even as a co-drive in Grant's SI (bright orange). I'd be more worried about Kyle running a 1:25 in his T2 Celica! If you really want to see how the times stack up amongst classes, look at the third page of the results file:

http://time-attack.ca/wp-content/upl...-1-Results.pdf

The closer to 100 points you are, the faster you are relative to your iPAX factor.

I'm just concerned about my grouping for GT3. The S2k is pretty high up on that class so there's not a lot of PIP left for me to use before I get bumped into GT2.

I already have 1 PIP for alignment and have another whole point left...

I noticed that no one from GT3 is on that page though... we'll see how I stack up.

iPAX means the classing doesn't *really* matter. Your iPAX factor is calculated directly off your final PI. The old PAX system your PAX factor was based on the class, so it was advantageous to be as high in the class as possible without bumping to the next class. There's no longer any advantage to being maxed out in a class, so save your pennies for entry fees unless you find something that needs to be changed out!

Now the only thing classes matter for is who you're being scored against that day.

I've been playing simulators and watching tons of videos on that track. It'll probably take me 4-5 laps before I'm used to the drops but I think karting has taken away some of that fear :D
