dented bumper

So some prick today decided to back his van into the front bumper of my frs. Luckily its just the front bumper that's dented.. Do i replace the whole thing? Or should i try hair dryering? So angry right now.. 5 axis is just the lip right, not a full bumper replacement

Ughhhh. No one is going to believe this..

I left the car in the sun for about an hour, i just went to go look at it again, the bumper is as good as new, i had to pop it back in over the grill... And itslike brand new...

That's awesome. I had a rock dent my front bumper (must have been a decent size to leave a fist-like dent)...after a few hours in the sun it popped right back...you couldn't tell anything was there.

You do know that you get free 2 year roadside service, right? All FR-S's and BRZ's are equipped with impact detection sensors in 17 different locations throughout the vehicle.
When an impact is detected and the airbags have not been deployed, signals are sent to one of 188 mobile repair locations scattered throughout North America. The signal tells the repair station where the impact was and the severity of it on a scale of 1 - 500. They then immediately dispatch a repair crew (the size depending in the severity of the impact), and using the GPS location beacon installed in every car, they locate the vehicle and make all necessary repairs on the spot.
They are pretty fast, that's probably why you didn't see nor hear them fix your bumper.

Lol wtf... I'm not sure if you're trolling or if you're serious. That sounded so convincing.

Just trolling for some laughs, that's all. There's so many posts on this website that are negative or for 'problems' that do not actually exist that I thought that I would try to interject some humor.

this whole thing sounds like something out of a science fiction novel. welp, if this is true then no worries getting this car stolen seeing as how theres a gps beacon in it.
