engine noise at 3400 RPM

The sound is pretty quiet and hard to hear, but it happens every single time around 3400 RPM. By 3300 or 3500 the sound is gone. I can hear it no matter which gear I am in or if I am in neutral and not moving.

A little over a year ago I installed OpenFlash header and tune. I don't know exactly when the noise started and if it was there before the header or not. Like I said, it is pretty hard to hear. I am thinking it may be getting louder over time, but maybe I just notice it because I am listening for it more often.

If I have someone else do the throttle and I listen with the hood open, I can hear it coming from the engine near the battery.

Below is a video and you can hear it every time I hit 3400 RPM. You may need headphones and to turn the volume up.

This...

With the OFT Tune it makes the VVT more aggressive. Nothing to worry about.

That's just VTEC kicking in.
