Pairing phone on base headunit...help
Good morning
This is my first post and unfortunately probably a stupid question. My wife and I just bought her an Fr-s last week, pearl white automatic. I'm an owner of a 2011 Subaru Sti stage 2 personally and I'm so happy with the Scion and like some things about it better than the Sti! Anyway when I cycle through the push button audio menu/settings for some reason there is no "phone" option or "Bluetooth" option like the manual says. I've checked a ton of times, made the phone discoverable, checked initial settings and nothing. What am I missing? I'm usually well inclined with electronics so this drives me nuts! Thanks in advance. |
Ok this must be a glitch. We stopped for gas and restarted the car and the Bluetooth setting was there...my wife changed the track and I went back to the menu and the choice was gone! Ridiculous.

That is weird >< I'd have to go drag out the manual to tell you how. We did mine at the dealer, and it was so fast I can't really remember how we did it. So far it has worked well for me, connects every time with my phone, which my old Hyundai did not. So I am happy so far.

Yeah...when the Bluetooth option is actually present in the menu I know what to do but it isn't there haha
