Battery beeping?
 

My car battery won't stop beeping.
The tone is "beep-beep, beep." and it repeats.
Been beeping like that for about 45 minutes now.
Does this mean my battery is close to dead?

Are you saying you are hearing beeping from your battery inside the engine compartment? Or is the beep coming from the interior?

Wild guess, but are you charging your phone and leaving on the passenger seat?

I'm not. it's coming from the battery. interior i don't hear anything at all.
I have some led's I hooked up to the positive battery though. Do you think thats why?

I'm not an electrical person by any means but perhaps the LED's are causing a short somehow?

Batteries don't beep. Something in the area of the battery is beeping. Check the battery voltage. A battery with a weak cell or a battery that is partially discharged will have low voltage that can cause a whole lot of weird issues such as electronics that want to beep or click. That usually happens below around 10V or so.
