Changing Differential and Transmission fluid

Hey guys,
Recently flushed my transmission and differential fluid. I used motul 75w90. Ive seen very few videos on the proccess and decided to make one. I hope this helps some of you out a bit! Its super easy and really does smoothen out shifting from oem.

How often do you recommend changing it? I can't see youtube at work so I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the video.

I changed my Transmission at 30K and then again once i hit 70K but i didn't do the diff at 30K. There was minimal wear or fragments at 30K and based on driving style you may be able to last until 60K or 70K. However the shifting does smoothen out once you swap out the OEM fluid. I also changed the trans fluid because all the fluid was drained when i swapped the driveshaft over to the single piece aluminum one.
