STARTER rom for FRS/BRZ/GT86/86 2013-2016

after long time looking for this rom . Finally i found it

idk if it worl or not .iam not test it yet but it should work fine


this Rom is for recover bricked ECM . so dont use it for normal prosseor .
it will work for all kind of roms MT and AT . all codes.

remember it is only for recover . flash it . the reflash WITH base rom

flash it with SH boot mode (full rom flash)

so this rom contains working 0000-7FFF code area ?


did you get your ECU going again with SHBOOT and this rom ?

yes it is full rom 0x0000 - 0x14FFFF

NOT yet . my ecu need same soldering . to be ready for unbrick it
i believe this rom will work right with out any issue . i was looking in it to be sure that will work . and i found it includes our microcontroller code sh72531



anyone had bricked ecu have no things to lose if try it

@aagun did you manage to get anywhere with this?

To use that rom you need to remove ecu, make a circuit to simulate watchdog timer and connect and power ecu directly oitside car.


Note as soone as you pit ecu in SH boot mode it deletes both the Tune area and the boot area in ecu and then you need to flash both those areas back.

as these ecu are very hqrd to brick unlike the older wrx ecu, for most people with a taxtrix if your very unlucky amd manage to brick ecu its likely easier and cheaper to buy a used ecu and just flash it with correct rom like normal and just bin the bricked ecu
