Fins behind rear wheels
 

Does anyone know what is the name of those plastic covers with the fins behind the rear wheels (outlined by rectangles in photo below)?

I just realized today that the fins on mine seemed to have been sheared off, perhaps intentionally by the previous owner since they are both gone. According to the parts diagrams of the fender liners, these do not seem to be part of the fender liner. I'm wondering which parts these are since I'm thinking about replacing them with new ones.

Rear spats.
Otherwise it will just be a part number.
I doubt subaru gave it a name.

Spats are the accessory part that gets installed back there.

I think @halleffect is talking about part #14 in this diagram which is labeled "Side Cover, LEFT" and "Side Cover, RIGHT"
