Invidia Vs Perrin Vs Magnaflow for 2017 BRZ
Hello guys,
So I came down my choice to Invidia, perrin and magnaflow for my brz. Mainly because they are only about choices there for 2017. Can't seem to make up my mind. I am looking for a loud, smooth sound, that doesn't sound rowdy or drone. Open to any suggestions. Thanks!! |
Did you look at Corsa?
|
I just did, it sounds pretty good actually. I like it
|
Go with Perrin or Corsa. Invidia Q300 is just barely noticeable from stock no point in paying that much for something you wont even notice. The Invidia N1 is ok pretty loud, but if you change other parts for the exhaust it will get loud and drone a lot.

I have the Q300 on mine. Just put it on this season in place of the N1 since I did catless ace headers. It will be coming out of storage in a couple months then I can comment more but Just the cold start that I did to get a idle log for the new map I really liked the sound.

You will add catless header in the future?
|
I thought any catback worked for 2017. Just not axlebacks
|
Edit: you beat me to it! ^^ I went with an ark catback so I hope they fit the 2017. I'll let everyone know if it doesn't.
|
yup, I was under impression that any cutback should fit?
I'd go Perrin. |
As far as what i am told is that not all of them fit. They updated the suspension so things are little different down there.
|
See if I invest 900$ in perrin, why shouldn't I just go with Corsa. Also they are like twice the price of magnaflow.

Invidia N1 is loud and drones. If you decide later to put headers it be even LOUDER with a N1. |
Sadly, I live in northwest indiana, so far only got to see like two frs/brz haha. But I might have to wait till summer comes around to see more of these cars or just go up to chicago which isn't bad since it's only like 20 mins.
But looking up the quality and stuff, I do like how corsa has sound so far. Thanks yall! |
