CAN Language for Cluster

Does anyone know, I am sure there are some companies that I have seen for CAN converter to communicate with the OE cluster.

Are the CAN signals Subaru based from the ECU? I would assume so. OR Toyota?

Has anyone decoded and reverse engineered the CAN language?

Is it published somewhere?

Would love some help on a spare shell I have sitting around. The stand alone I want to run has its own CAN language and I would need to build an IO converter to run the stock cluster... Or a Race pack

The signals are Subaru, but with the newer Subarus they changed the message ID's and some of the data got moved around.

I've worked pretty extensively to reverse engineer the signals, but I've only gotten so far. What standalone are you planning on using? Documentation for most aftermarket ECUs is pitiful at best when you really know what you are looking at.
