Hi there, I've asked this question on the Cape Town group, just want to find out from the broader community in SA, is anyone using the open flash tablet here in SA and if so what maps are you using for our fuel? I have a brz exhaust and a after market flat panel filter. Reason for asking is I bought the open flash tablet in 2013 before I bought the car, I was in USA and new I would eventually buy car so bought then only got car last year november🙈. But looking to use it now but not sure which is the best tune for it here in SA.

None of the ROMS are suitable for our fuel, have a look at the Tuning section, especially Steve99, etc's posts there are some great info in there to cook your own.

It is unfortunately extremely time consuming with tons of logging, modifying, flashing, etc but like I always say, if it's worth doing then it's worth doing right.

First step would be to get your MAF scaling spot on.

Yep tablet is good tool for logging flashing has alarms alerts guage displays etc

you might need to update template file and tablet firmware.

The usa roms will be too agressive for your 95 ron fuel.

maybe offer sav a case of beer he has some good roms
might just need to port the changes to your romcalid or calid
