Subaru Pacific

I haven't seen anyone mention this so thought I would share. The new dealership looks nice. A lot bigger than the old location in Torrance. The old location is now a Nissan dealership.

New location is off the 405 tucked away behind a Costco.

Yes, it is nice, my friend Thomas works there, drives a really nice WRB WRX.

Was at this location on friday to purchase some coolant and oil filters. The prices in person were alot more expensive then their online prices but the person helping me priced matched it without any issue.

For a dealership that many praise as mod friendly they flagged my car to Subaru for my OFT tune. Yeah, I shouldn't have come in with it but that disappointed me a bit.

lol screw that dealership. Had a pre-approved loan from my credit union and went there to look at a brz. The person helping me wouldn't let me test drive the vehicle without having to run my credit score (the loan papers that i had on me showed the credit score). Guy wouldn't budge.

I made and appointment on line to test drive a used FR-S they had on the lot. I went in there with a pre-appoved loan as well and had no problem with the test drive.

Even when people were doing the pre-orders. This dealership had a lot of mixed reviews.

Here's some shots I took of opening night. Didn't see a lot of BRZs around but plenty of WRXs. I've have better luck getting FR-S parts at Pacific Subaru than any Toyota dealership. Those guys are great.

Crap - I missed the opening; I'd have liked have gone; it's like 2 miles from my house. Looked like there was food and freebies. Should have checked my 'promotions' inbox.

Yeah they had a pizza bar, a sushi bar, 2 wine bars, 2 craft beer bars, a donut bar (pictured), a taco bar, 2 deejays, a live band stage, a snow slide, a snowboard simulator, free ski hats (blue or white), just a great night. Subaru Pacific really did a great job.

calic 01-23-2017 10:16 PM

I would of just gone for the donut bar!
