Yup. Basically three enormous straightaways plus a long very hilly section of tight turns with concrete barriers right next to the track.

That was like Keystone Kops does auto racing. If they sped up the frame rate a little bit and played yakkity sax in the background it would be the perfect video.

Haha... "This track doesn't care if you've been racing here since the 80s. It'll take anyone out."

I find watching racecars wreck is worse than watching Lamborghini/Ferrari/etc crash.

I think just way too hot on entry. That second camera shows it well.

I'd love to drive Bathurst for sure, but man, seeing those 86's crash made me cringe

Bathurst is Australia's most iconic track and has been since the 60's and is a public road most of the year .

It is very brutal but also an awesomely entertaining track which I've had the pleasure of driving around and it makes one appreciate the skill the drivers have to punt cars around the mountain at the speeds they do :respekt:

Well worth a trip down under to watch the GREAT RACE as it is know here !

I hate this track in Gran Turismo; I crash my in game FR-S in the same places!:D
