Hot/cold clutch engagement issue

I have an issue with clutch engagement. When the car is cold, the engagement is literally half an inch from the floor, but when the car warms up, it's about 2-3 inches off the ground, like stock engagement when you get the car brand new. The clutch has been broke in for a while now, over 3000 miles. I held off to see if it needed to be broken in some more but it's been well past that break in period. I bled the clutch 2 times, no air. Did not change the clutch fork yet. Still OEM. It is an act clutch/flywheel SB8-XTSS. Any thoughts/help would be appreciated. I am changing the fork and pivot to the velox when I get another chance to drop the transmission. Everything was torqued to spec with locktite and lube was re applied to the spline shaft. Clutch fluid level has not dropped. Did replace the clutch fluid with Motul. Could it be because of the clutch fluid? I used rbf600, as I had enough left over from replacing the brake fluid with that.
