Photomike disregard the heathens over dismissing the phantom ESC. They likely have not looked into it and dismissed it out of hand without any understanding as to where it fits in the scheme of things, performance and budget wise. Personally it appeals to me as a mild type of FI that places less physical stress on the engine, is easy to install, much cheaper than traditional FI installs, and helps the car greatly low down where it matters as a daily driver.
Speaking from experience, I certainly recommend the aluminum driveshaft, but I would look to doing an FD ratio swap at the same time, assuming you have not already done so. I'd look into Weir performance - http://www.weirperformance.com/finaldrivegears.html, plenty of threads on it on our forum so see what people tend to go with. I myself went for the Cusco 4.556 for my A/T.
I'm looking at going for the Subaru OEM oil cooler also. I'm purely a street DD oriented build, but even with staying NA I appreciate the benefits and piece of mind of having some cooling. I find getting oil tempts to optimal on startup's faster to be one of the main benefits of this style, along with the clean and minimalistic install and cost. Here's a great DYI along with a parts list - http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50427
Aesthetics like body kits is a personal thing so I'll leave that one pretty much alone, but as a left of field suggestion, have you considered a headlight swap to HID's or moding your existing?
