One-Step Polish Detail on Steel FR-S
I've owned 5 cars in the past 4 years. The FR-S made it to 14 months, so I figured it was time to give it some love. I've only washed it three times in those 14 months until today. 21,000 miles, 140 autocross runs, never had a coat of wax or sealant... it was due.
I chose silver because I knew it would be my daily driver and knew silver would hide dirt enough to last long between washed. What I didn't know is that silver can look so good with a quick polish! Because I live in an apartment complex, my water source was a brass fitting attached to my kitchen sink faucet with a 50 foot hose through my garage out to the driveway! It'll never be perfect because: https://scontent-iad3-1.xx.fbcdn.net...aa&oe=58FD3B13 https://scontent-iad3-1.xx.fbcdn.net...8b&oe=58ED1123 |
